Description
The 16 No. is our most compact screw press. Drop in peeled or halved fruit, turn the handle, and the screw presses it against the strainer. Juice runs out into your glass and the pulp leaves through the front.
It is sized for a home kitchen: small enough to keep on the counter, and heavy enough to stay put while you turn.

Cleaning and care
Loosen the wing nuts and take off the strainer head, then slide out the screw. Rinse every part in warm water, brush out the strainer, and dry everything before you put it back together.
Wipe the aluminium body with a damp cloth. Don't leave fruit pulp to dry inside the barrel.
