Where we deliver
We deliver to most pincodes in India through our courier partners. Enter your pincode at checkout to check delivery to your address and see the estimated delivery date.
Processing and dispatch
We pack and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of the order being placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Bulk orders are dispatched on the date agreed in your quote.
Tracking
When your order ships, we send the tracking link to your mobile number by SMS or WhatsApp, and to your email if you gave one.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available on eligible pincodes. Please keep the exact amount ready. COD charge, if any
If your parcel arrives damaged
- Check the outer box before you accept the parcel. If it is badly damaged, you may refuse it.
- We recommend recording a short video while you open the box.
- Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or the video, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please check your address and pincode before placing your order. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available after repeated attempts, we’ll contact you to arrange delivery again. Extra shipping charges may apply.
