Returns
If you change your mind, you can return an unused juicer in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your juicer arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect or isn’t what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
How to request a return
- Message us on WhatsApp or email us with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We’ll confirm the return and tell you how to send the juicer back or arrange a pickup.
- Pack the juicer with all its parts in the original box.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned juicer, we refund you within 5–7 working days. Online payments are refunded to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, we refund to your bank account or UPI ID.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Message us with your order number. If you paid online, we refund the full amount.
What we can’t take back
- Juicers that have been used, unless they have a manufacturing defect
- Juicers with missing parts or physical damage caused after delivery
- Custom-size or bulk orders, unless agreed in your quote
