What’s not covered
- Normal wear, such as worn rubber feet or scratches on the body
- Damage from dropping, misuse, or using the juicer for things it isn’t made for
- Repairs or changes made by anyone other than Jagjeet Engineering Works
How to claim
- Message us on WhatsApp or email us with your order number and photos or a short video of the problem.
- If it’s a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace the faulty part or the whole juicer.
- Shipping for warranty repairs is paid by Jagjeet Engineering Works.
