Products and prices
We try to show every product accurately. Photos are for illustration, and the finish of your juicer may differ slightly. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Prices and availability can change without notice, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, or we can’t deliver to your address. If that happens, we’ll tell you and refund any payment in full.
Payment
You can pay by UPI, card, net banking or cash on delivery where available. Online payments are processed by our payment partner.
Delivery, returns and warranty
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy, returns by our returns and refunds policy, and repairs by our warranty.
Using our juicers safely
Use the juicer as described on the product page, keep fingers clear of the hopper and use the food pusher, and keep the juicer out of reach of small children.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of New Delhi.

For any complaint, contact our grievance officer (details in the privacy policy above). We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
